I’m Denise Wogan,


a Counselling Psychotherapist (MIACP Pre-Accredited), Nutritionist (MNTOI), and ICF Professional Coach.


I work with people ready for more than surface-level fixes. I know the weight of holding it all in, searching quietly for relief.

For me, healing began when I stopped reacting from fear and started responding with understanding and compassion.

That’s the space I now hold for you - to unlearn, reconnect, and begin again with trust.
